Okay before I start this isn't so you feel sorry for us or anything, it's just how I feel and some of you may relate okay? I'm not asking for pity or anything.



Okay so me and Es have this friend, he is a wee bit older then us, not even then that old, he has a son who is nearly 3, he live's with his girlfriend of more then 4 year's. He doesn't have a job, but he is brilliant and really smart.

All day because he has nothing to do he studies about health related stuff and listen's to music, some of his Favorite band's are Billy Talent, Of Mice and Men, Memphis May fire, to name a few. 

He also studies health related stuff because he has M.E (Myalgic encephalomyelitis (Google it)) and what he thought was just M.E. is something worse, he may have Alzheimer. Remember he is young, he is under the age of 30. so to have something as serve as that.

But the thing is, with the stuff he has, you'd think someone would give up or be depressed, but he isn't he is full of life and doesn't moan about what he has wrong with him.

He work's out as much as he can, crams so much medical and health stuff in his head, that basically most people would say what's the point?

Well the point is, he is one of the bravest people and strongest people I know and probably ever will.

He is one of my hero's, and too anybody that has a friend or is someone with a disease or medical illness, or something, Just stay strong and do what you normally would or what you have always wanted to do, because no matter what, you are the same as anybody that walk's this earth that is 'normal'.
